Shipping Policy

We partner with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment apps to ship products directly to our customers. Because these items are shipped from various suppliers and locations, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times usually range from 4 to 7 business days, depending on the product, availability, and destination.

While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, please note that we do not have direct control over processing or delivery times once your order is placed. Factors such as supplier inventory, customs clearance, carrier delays, and regional holidays can occasionally affect delivery schedules.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment whenever it becomes available. For certain products (such as supplements), shipping is free for orders over $75. Shipping is calculated based on total product weight and determined by our supplier. We do not charge more than the supplier cost for shipping.
